These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Cleaner Pro (the "Service"), operated by Konstantin Terentev ("we," "us," "our").
Your access to and use of the Service is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all users who access or use the Service. By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the Terms, you may not access the Service.
Cleaner Pro helps you manage storage on your device — including duplicate photo detection, video compression, screenshot cleanup, the Private Vault, contact deduplication, and the optional Email Cleaner feature for connected Gmail accounts.
You agree to use the Service only for its intended purpose and in compliance with all applicable laws. You are responsible for any actions taken through the app, including deletion or modification of photos, contacts, or emails you select for cleanup.
Cleaner Pro offers a free trial and auto-renewing subscription plans ("Premium") through Apple's In-App Purchase system.
- Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
- Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
- Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period, at the price you agreed to at purchase.
- You can manage or cancel your subscription anytime in your Apple ID account settings, after the initial purchase.
- Any unused portion of a free trial period is forfeited when you purchase a subscription, where applicable.
- No refunds are issued for partial subscription periods, except as required by applicable law or Apple's refund policies.
The Email Cleaner feature is optional and requires you to authorize the app to access your Gmail account through Google's own sign-in process. By connecting your Gmail account, you also agree to be bound by Google's Terms of Service for that account. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Google LLC.
- You are solely responsible for reviewing the emails or categories you select before confirming any cleanup action. The app organizes emails using Gmail's own category labels (Promotions, Social, Updates, Forums, Spam), which may not always be complete or accurate, and we do not guarantee the correctness of this categorization.
- Cleanup actions move selected emails to your Gmail Trash. Gmail — not us — automatically and permanently deletes emails from Trash after 30 days, per Google's own retention policy. We are not responsible for the permanent loss of any email, attachment, or information resulting from this process.
- You can disconnect the app's access to your Gmail account at any time from within the app or directly from your Google Account settings, as described in our Privacy Policy.
You acknowledge that these Terms are between you and us only, not with Apple, and Apple is not responsible for the Service or its content.
- Apple has no obligation to furnish any maintenance or support services for the Service.
- In the event of any failure of the Service to conform to any applicable warranty, you may notify Apple, and Apple will refund the purchase price, if any; to the maximum extent permitted by law, Apple has no other warranty obligation with respect to the Service.
- Apple is not responsible for addressing any claims relating to the Service, including product liability claims, legal compliance claims, or claims arising under consumer protection law.
- Apple is a third-party beneficiary of these Terms and, upon your acceptance, will have the right to enforce these Terms against you.
The Service may contain links to third-party websites or services that are not owned or controlled by us. We are not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites or services. We strongly advise you to read the terms and privacy policy of any third-party site you visit.
We may terminate or suspend access to the Service immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination — including ownership, warranty disclaimers, and limitations of liability — will survive.
Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights. If any provision is held invalid or unenforceable by a court, the remaining provisions remain in effect. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between us regarding the Service and supersede any prior agreements.
We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide notice prior to the new terms taking effect. By continuing to use the Service after revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised Terms.
